The payment of the translators depends on the total amount of words translated by him/her. Often, a bonus payment is also provided in cases where the client gets 100% delighted by the translation quality.
The method of payment is very simple. The total earnings would be paid to your account (i.e. the translators’ bank account) on a per month basis. In exceptional cases, where the project will be a bulkier one, the payment will be made on a ‘per lot’ basis, i.e. payment will be made on each ‘lot’.
Definitely, you can. But, for that we will need specific details from your end, like an updated profile, LinkedIn profile, language pairs, certificates, CV, fields of expertise, etc. If you are found suitable, you will get the access to work as a certified professional.

CYA is basically an acronym for “Choose Your Assignment”. Under this feature, the translator will have the freedom to select a specific translation project (as per his/her specialization area) from the panel and start working on it. Later on, the project manager will receive an e-mail stating that a particular project has been taken up by a particular translator.
We do not charge any joining fees from the new translators. You can join us free of cost. We only need dedicated professionals who could work with extreme passion, professionalism and honesty.
We commit for the fastest turnaround. Hence, we expect the translator to complete the task within time. However, the time limit varies from one project to another and it would be clearly mentioned in the mail sent to the translator(s). The turnaround is 24 to 48 hours in case of urgent translations.
Yes, we do. We provide accurate transcription services for all types of audios and videos. You will be required to submit the transcribed video or audio file in the stipulated time frame.
After the translation task has come to end, the translator will be required to upload the translated files and share them with the project manager, via e-mail.
We are strictly against any sort of machine or automatic translation. Therefore, we expect our team to work purely on manual basis. Any translator, who will be found using such practices, will be blacklisted.
All of our clients provide us with a feedback (after the project delivery) that helps us understand the satisfaction level of the client. In some cases, where the client seems to be highly delighted by the quality of the translated output, the preference or the priority for that specific translator would increase.
We generally do not face such kind of situations, as we have industry experts, associated with us. However, if it happens, the project will be open for other translators to make the necessary corrections.
Every translator, who is associated with us, has the access to varied benefits, and so would you, if you join our team. The projects will be allocated to you, depending upon your skills, expertise and specialization. It is totally your choice, whether or not you want to work on that project and gain the chance to work for us.

Such conditions generally do not arise. However, if it happens so, the translator can request the client for extending the time limit, so that the translation output contains maximum quality.
